Chasmal (חשמל), digital images made during summer in Oslo, Norway, 2018. While Chasmal can imply a chasm, ( the spaces between a signifier and that which it refers to ) can be wide and deep. This work refers to an amber-like gleam of electricity, perceivable by synesthetic visions, awareness while noticing. The profile image of a woman was exhibited in 2025 at Carrousel du Louvre, in Paris.
