picturing what is or could be
Usually the only thing standing between creating a benevolent vision is the person doing the looking or creating. There are sometimes, hopefully rare, the eye of the seer witnesses the imaginary as better than the actual circumstances. I’m not sure what that is called beside rose-tinted sunglasses or delusion. There probably is another word I am at a loss for here.
